Ellis Medicine and Hometown Health Centers are teaming up to host the Fall Family Boo Bash! Bring the family for trick or treating, games, facepainting, and other activities - and a chance to meet the teams behind the care we provide in our community.

All proceeds from the event support both organizations, helping us continue delivering compassionate healthcare to families across our community.
