Regardless of any future healthcare merger, The Foundation for Ellis Medicine is an independent 501(c)(3) organization, whose purpose is to provide financial and other assistance and support to Ellis Medicine and to its many charitable undertakings to enhance healthcare in the greater Schenectady, New York region.
